He has successfully syndicated over ₹50,000 crore in debt across sectors such as Renewables, power, cement, metals, and infrastructure.
At Essar Future Energy, Rajendra is responsible for driving financial strategy, project funding, and capital structuring for the business along with the Financial Controller. His core strengths include transaction advisory, risk assessment, regulatory alignment, and leading finance operations for large-scale, clean energy projects, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
